Sarah Harrison is a former WikiLeaks section editor. She worked with the WikiLeaks' legal defence and has been described as Julian Assange's closest adviser. Harrison accompanied National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden on a high-profile flight from Hong Kong to Moscow while he was sought by the United States government. WikiLeaks As an intern at the UK-based Centre for Investigative Journalism, she was assigned to Julian Assange before the Afghan War documents leak. After Daniel Domscheit-Berg left WikiLeaks over a dispute with Assange, Harrison's role in the organisation increased, particularly with the US diplomatic cables leak and Assange's legal fight against Swedish extradition. Sarah Harrison (born 1946) is an English novelist and children's writer. She has written successful novels and children's books, and also a writers' guide: ''How to Write a Blockbuster''. Family and life Born in Exeter, Sarah Harrison is the second of three children of an army officer and a former actress, and a cousin of the novelist Celia Dale. The family spent time during her childhood in Berlin, Singapore, Malaya, then Germany again, before she was sent to boarding school at the age of nine. Sarah Ann Harrison (1837–?) is the earliest documented female photographer in Malta. She was born in Plymouth in 1837 to Abraham and Sarah Roberts. On August 9, 1864, she married George Harrison, from Stenigot, Lincolnshire in Valletta, Malta. Between 1864 and 1871, Sarah Ann operated in her name from 74, Strada della Marina, Isola ( Senglea), Malta. Sarah Cecilia Harrison (1863–1941) was an Irish artist and the first woman to serve on Dublin City Council. Life Early life and education Harrison, who went by the name Cecilia, was born to an affluent family in Holywood, County Down. She was the great grand-niece of United Irishman and industrialist Henry Joy McCracken and the social reformer and anti-slavery campaigner Mary Ann McCracken. At the age of ten her father died and she and her family relocated to London. Harrison attended school in Queens College in London where she was awarded a silver medal by University College, London, for painting from the antique. She studied under Alphonse Legros at the Slade School of Fine Art from 1878 to 1885 and won the Slade scholarship. She travelled widely on the continent as part of her studies including Paris, Italy and Amsterdam. James Blair (1656 – 18 April 1743) was a clergyman in the Church of England. He was also a missionary and an educator, best known as the founder of the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
