Sarah Francesca Green (born 9 March 1961) is currently a professor of social and cultural anthropology at the University of Helsinki. She is a specialist on borders, spatial relations, gender and sexuality, and information and communications technologies. She has lived in Greece, the UK, US, Italy and currently lives in Helsinki, Finland. In September 2016, Green was awarded a European Research Council (ERC) Advanced Grant to develop new research in the Mediterranean region. The project is calleCrosslocations She was also awarded an Academy of Finland Project, called Transit, Trade and Travel, which also concerns the Mediterranean, though its focus is different. Sarah Green is an American film producer. She currently sits on the National Board of Directors for the Producers Guild of America. On January 24, 2012, she was nominated for an Academy Award for the film ''The Tree of Life.'' Sarah Green ( fl. 1790 – 1825) was an Irish-English author, one of the ten most prolific novelists of the first two decades of the nineteenth century.Brown, Susan, et al. Life & writing Green was probably born in Ireland and then later moved to London. Very little is known of her aside from what has been pieced together of her publishing history. She produced works in an array of genres: novels, tales, romances, and, notably, like Jane Austen, mock-romances. She also wrote at least one religious work, as well as conduct literature, a translation, and editing work. Eight of her works were published with the popular Minerva Press by William Lane or his successor, Anthony Newman. Sarah Louise Green is a British businesswoman and Liberal Democrat politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Chesham and Amersham since 2021. Green is the first Liberal Democrat to represent the constituency, which had previously been Conservative since its creation in 1974. She is the area’s first non-Conservative representative since 1923. Early life and education Green grew up in Corwen, Clwyd in rural North Wales, where her family is from. She is married to author John Green, who serves as an executive producer for ''The Art Assignment''. Early life and education Green is originally from Washington, D.C., and grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended Indian Springs School outside of Birmingham at the same time as her future husband John Green, though they did not become friends until they became reacquainted in the early 2000s.
