Saracens Women
Saracens Women (Help:IPA/English, /ˈsærəsənz/) are a women's rugby union club based in Hendon, London, England. They were founded in 1989 and currently play in the Premier 15s, the top level competition of Women's rugby union, women's rugby in the country. Saracens are the most successful team in the history of the Premier 15s, having won the league a record three times – in 2017–18 Premier 15s, 2017–18, 2018–19 Premier 15s, 2018–19 and 2021–22 Premier 15s, 2021–22. They are also the women's team of Saracens Amateurs, who themselves are affiliated to Premiership Rugby team, Saracens F.C., Saracens. Richmond Women
Richmond Women, formally Finchley RFC, is a women's rugby union team based in Richmond, London, England. They were founded in 1986 and played in the Women's Premiership. They are also the women's team of Richmond F.C. History Richmond Women were initially formed in 1986 as part of Finchley RFC. They were one of the first women's rugby union teams established in England. They later became a part of Richmond F.C., because of the financial support that Richmond were able to give and they took on the name of Richmond Women as a result. The club used the name "Women" instead of "Ladies" because of a belief that Ladies would imply that it was not a serious team. The team is one of the oldest and most successful in English women's rugby union with 25 league and cup victories, six National Sevens wins and four European Championship titles. Georgia Evans (rugby Union)
Georgia Evans (born 29 January 1997) is a Welsh Rugby Union player who plays second row for the Wales women's national rugby union team and Saracens. She made her debut for the Wales national squad in 2020 and represented them at the 2021 Women's Six Nations Championship. Club career Evans first became interested in rugby at the age of 16, while she was studying at Yeovil College in Somerset. Louise McMillan
Louise Iona Matheson McMillan (born 27 July 1997) is a Scottish rugby player from Glasgow. She plays for and has frequently represented them in major championships since 2016, including the 2021 Women's Six Nations Championship. Club career McMillan has played for Hillhead Jordanhill since 2015 in Back Row. She captained the team to win the Sarah Beaney Cup in 2017 and 2018. Donna Rose (born 5 June 1991) is a Welsh Rugby Union player who plays prop for the Wales women's national rugby union team and Saracens. She made her debut for the Wales national squad in 2021 and represented them at the 2021 Women's Six Nations Championship. Club career Growing up in Hampshire, Rose began playing rugby as a teenager, first as a winger for Ellingham & Ringwood RFC under-18s, and later in the back-row for Trojans, for which she made 153 appearances. Rochelle "Rocky" Clark, (born 29 May 1981) is an English rugby union player for Saracens Ladies, Saracens. 2022–23 Premier 15s
The 2022–23 Premier 15s is the 6th season of the Premier 15s, the highest tier of English domestic women's rugby union competition (the 24th season including editions of the previous Women's Premiership), and the 3rd to be sponsored by Allianz. The competition schedule was adapted to take place in a shortened timeframe, compared with previous seasons, in order to accommodate the 2021 Rugby World Cup. For the second year running, the Allianz Cup will take place alongside the league, with fixtures for this cup competition scheduled within the international windows during the season.
