Saovabha Phongsri
Queen Saovabha Phongsri ( th, เสาวภาผ่องศรี; RTGS: Saowapha PhongsiPronunciation) was an agnatic half-sister and queen of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) of Thailand, and mother of both King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) and King Prajadhipok (Rama VII). As in accordance with Thai royal tradition, King Vajiravudh later bestowed on his mother the title of "Queen Mother Sri Bajrindra" ( th, ศรีพัชรินทร; ). Life Saovabha was born as a Princess of Siam to King Mongkut (or Rama IV) and Princess Consort Piyamavadi (Piam Sucharitakul). She was the youngest sister of the future Queen Sunandha Kumariratana and Queen Savang Vadhana. Saovabha became the consort of her half-brother King Chulalongkorn sometime in 1878. Valaya Alongkorn, Princess of Phetchaburi ( th, วไลยอลงกรณ์; ; 16 April 1884 – 15 February 1938), was a princess of Siam (later Thailand), and a member of the Chakri dynasty. Prince Varananda Dhavaj ( th, พระวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าวรานนท์ธวัช; ), born Prince Varananda Dhavaj Chudadhuj ( th, วรานนท์ธวัช จุฑาธุช; ; August 19, 1920 – September 14, 1990) was the son of Prince Chudadhuj Dharadilok and Mom Ravi Kayananda. Prince Chudadhuj Dharadilok, Prince of Phetchabun ( th, จุฑาธุชธราดิลก; ), (4 July 1892– 8 July 1923) was a son of King Chulalongkorn and Queen Saovabha of Thailand. Princess Suvadhana ( th, สุวัทนา; , 15 April 1906 – 10 October 1985) was the royal consort of King Vajiravudh (or Rama VI) of Siam. Her original name was Khrueakaeo Abhayavongsa ( th, เครือแก้ว อภัยวงศ์; ). She was born a commoner; her father was Lord Abhayabhupesa (Lueam Abhayavongsa) and her mother was Ms. Lek Bunnag.
