Santiago Dittborn
Santiago Dittborn MartÃnez-Conde (born 30 October 1992) is a Chilean association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for Audax Italiano. Career Dittborn played as a midfielder for CDUC, Universidad Católica, Cobreloa and San Marcos de Arica. In 2015, he retired from football after ending his contract with Universidad Católica, but he returned to the activity by joining Deportes La Serena in the Chilean Primera División in 2021. After being a free agent during the first half 2023, he signed with Ñublense for the second half of the 2023 Chilean Primera División, 2023 season. The next season, he joined Audax Italiano. Personal life He is the great-nephew of the renowned former Chilean sports leader Carlos Dittborn, since his grandfather was the cousin of him. Club Deportivo Ñublense () is a professional football team based in Chillán, Ñuble Region, Chile. The club was formed in 1916 under the name of Liceo Fútbol Club. They compete in Chile's Primera División league. History Amateur era Ñublense was formed in 1916 by a group of teenagers (led by Chillán teacher Manuel Lara Gutiérrez) who founded a sports club as a haven for sports activities in the city. On 20 August of that year, in the boys' high school the club was called the Liceo Fútbol Club. Other sports sponsored included basketball and boxing.
