Sanremo Music Festival 2023
The Sanremo Music Festival 2023 ( it, 73º Festival della Canzone Italiana di Sanremo 2023) is the upcoming 73rd edition of the annual Sanremo Music Festival, a television song contest held in the Teatro Ariston of Sanremo, organised and broadcast by RAI. The show will be held between 7 and 11 February 2023, and will be presented for the fourth time in a row by Amadeus, who also serves as the artistic director for the competition, with Gianni Morandi co-hosting. Format The 2023 edition of the Sanremo Music Festival will take place at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, Liguria, organized by the Italian public broadcaster RAI. The artistic director and the presenter for the competition will be Amadeus, for the fourth consecutive year. Anna Hoxha (; born 28 April 1961), known professionally as Anna Oxa (), is an Italian singer, actress, and television presenter. Oxa has received mainstream popularity and recognition within Italy due to her numerous participations in the Sanremo Music Festival. Lorenzo Urciullo (born 6 September 1983), known professionally as Colapesce, is an Italian singer-songwriter. Life and career Born in Solarino, Urciullo graduated in Communication Sciences at the University of Catania. Federica Abbate (born in 1991) is an Italian composer, lyricist and singer-songwriter. Life and career Abbate started playing piano at 5 years old and graduated in sociology. Articolo 31 is a band from Milan, Italy, formed in 1990 by J-Ax and DJ Jad, combining hip hop, funk, pop and traditional Italian musical forms.
