Sanna Lankosaari
Sanna Kristiina Lankosaari (born 20 August 1978) is a Finnish retired ice hockey player and current head coach of Oulun Kärpät Naiset in the Naisten Liiga (NSML). She was a right winger with the Finnish national ice hockey team during 1994 to 2003 and won bronze in the women's ice hockey tournament at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano. Playing career Lankosaari made her senior club debut with Oulun Kärpät Naiset in the 1994–95 season of the Naisten SM-sarja (renamed Naisten Liiga in 2017). She immediately became the team's second highest scoring player, recording 29 goals and 12 assists for 41 points in 24 games – averaging 1.71 points per game and more than a goal per game. Lankosaari continued with Kärpät for another six seasons, during which she was a four-time point leader for the team and, in the 1998–99 season, led the entire Naisten SM-sarja with both the most goals and most points scored. IIHF European Women Championships
The IIHF European Women Championships is a former international women's ice hockey tournament between ice hockey playing nations in Europe. Finland's national women's team won the championship title four times and Sweden women's national ice hockey team won it once in 1996, the final year the competition took place. The European competition was organized by International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and was played from 1989 to 1996. Tampereen Ilves Naiset
Tampereen Ilves Naiset (lit. 'Tampere Lynx Women') are an ice hockey team in the Naisten Liiga, the premier women's ice hockey league in Finland. They are the representative women's team of the multi-sport club Ilves, based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, and their home arena is the Tesoman jäähalli in Tampere's Tesoma district. They are the only team to have iced a team every season since the establishment of the Naisten SM-sarja in 1982 (renamed Naisten Liiga in 2017).
