Alina Stanislavovna Sanko (russian: link=no, Алина Станиславовна Санько; born 31 December 1998) is a Russian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Russia 2019. She represented Russia at Miss World 2019, where she placed in the top twelve, and also represented Russia at Miss Universe 2020, where she was unplaced. Early life and education Sanko was born on 31 December 1998 in Azov. Prior to winning Miss Russia 2019, Sanko resided in Moscow and studied architecture at the State University of Farming, Moscow State University of Land Management. She had previously worked as a model for an online catalogue. Pageantry In 2019, Sanko was selected to represent Azov at Miss Russia 2019. She went on to win the competition, succeeding Yulia Polyachikhina of Chuvashia. Her runners-up were Arina Verina of Yekaterinburg and Ralina Arabova of Tatarstan. Anton Sanko is a composer, orchestrator and producer born in New York City. He has been writing music for films since 1991. He scored ''Ouija'' for Blumhouse/Universal, ''Jessabelle'' for Blumhouse/Lionsgate, and ''Visions'', also for Blumhouse/Universal. He is working on ''The Naturalist'' for PBS. Life and career Sanko’s prominent production credits include producing and writing with Suzanne Vega on ''Solitude Standing'' and ''Days of Open Hand'', and producing and writing on Jim Carroll’s last album ''Pools of Mercury''. He has also produced Lucy Kaplansky, Anna Domino and Skeleton Key. David M. Sanko is the executive director of thPennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS)near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Sanko has held this position since January 2010. Erik Sanko (born 27 September 1963) is a bass player from New York who has played in The Lounge Lizards and currently active in Skeleton Key. Galina Sanko (russian: Галина Захаровна Санько and also Galina Sankova or Galina Sankowa) (1904–1981) was a Sovietn photographer who worked as a photojournalist and was one of only five women who served as a war photographer during World War II.
