Sanjay Narvekar
Sanjay Narvekar (born 1962) is an Indian actor who works in Hindi and Marathi cinema. He mainly is a Marathi actor, who works in T V shows and films. His portrayal of Raghu (Sanjay Dutt)'s sidekick, "Dedh Footia" (lit. ''One and a half-footer'', referring to the short stature of his character) in the popular Hindi film ''Vaastav'' (1999) was appreciated by critics and audiences alike. His on-screen portrayal of a simple underdog, son of the soil, guy next door remains his most characteristic and endearing feature in most of his films as well as his real life. Together with Siddharth Jadhav, he has teamed up in many hit Marathi movies, forming one of the most successful and hilarious pairs in contemporary Marathi cinema. Sindhudurg district (Marathi pronunciation: in̪d̪ʱud̪uɾɡ is an administrative district of the Konkan division in India, which was carved out of the erstwhile Ratnagiri district. ''Aga Bai Arrechha!'' () is a Marathi comedy drama film by director Kedar Shinde loosely based on the Hollywood film ''What Women Want''. It was released in 2004.
