Sangi Railway Hokusei Line
The , commonly known as the Sangi Hokusei Line, is a narrow gauge railway line owned and operated by the , a Japanese private railway company. The line connects Nishi-Kuwana Station in Kuwana, Mie with Ageki Station in Inabe, Mie, in Japan. For many years the line was owned by major railway operator Kintetsu but control was transferred to Sangi in April 2003. The name ''Hokusei'' (北勢) means "northern Mie". It is a kanji abbreviation of "north" (北) and "Ise" (伊勢). Ise (as opposed to "Mie") is used in the name because the northern and central parts of present-day Mie Prefecture were called Ise Province during the Edo era before the modern prefecture system was established. Driver-only Operation
One-person operation (OPO), also known as driver-only operation (DOO), one-man operation (OMO), single person train operation (SPTO), or one-person train operation (OPTO), similarly to Driver Controlled Operation, is operation of a train, bus, or tram by the driver alone, without a conductor. On one-person operated passenger trains, the engineer must be able to see the whole train to make sure that all the doors are safe for departure. On curved platforms a CCTV system, mirror or station dispatch staff are required. Kurobe Gorge Railway
The , or for short, is a private, narrow gauge railway company operating the Kurobe Gorge Main Line along the Kurobe River in the Kurobe gorge area of Toyama Prefecture, Japan. The railway was built to serve the construction of the Kurobe dam for the Kansai Electric Power Company, which was completed in 1963; Kurotetsu was spun off from the power company in June 1971, but remains a wholly owned subsidiary. At its terminus, the Main Line links to Kurobe Senyō Railway, which is not open to general public. In 2008 the company operated 27 locomotives, 138 passenger carriages and 322 freight wagons. Kintetsu Utsube Line
The is a narrow gauge railway line operated by the Japanese private railway company Yokkaichi Asunarou Railway, connecting Asunarou Yokkaichi Station and Utsube Station, both in the city of Yokkaichi, Mie, Japan. The line connects with the Kintetsu Nagoya Line and the Yunoyama Line at Asunarou Yokkaichi Station; these other lines use an elevated platform called Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station whereas the Utsube Line uses a low-level platform. Yokkaichi Asunarou Railway
The is a railway company in Yokkaichi, Mie, Japan. The company operates the Yokkaichi Asunarou Railway Utsube Line, Utsube Line and the Yokkaichi Asunarou Railway Hachiōji Line, Hachiōji Line in Yokkaichi. Both lines are gauge railways. The company took over the control of the lines and started the operation on April 1, 2015. is an interchange passenger railway station located in the city of Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, Japan.
