Yazd Louleh Football Club is an Iranian Football (soccer), football club based in Yazd, Iran. History In June 2012, Sang Ahan Bafgh company bought the license of Tarbiat Yazd F.C., Tarbiat Yazd football club in order to participate in 2012–13 Azadegan League. The team was moved back to Yazd in 2013 after it was originally moved from Yazd in 2012. In October 2014, the club sold its license to Tarbiat Yazd F.C., Tarbiat Novin, and was dissolved due financial circumstances. Nassiri Stadium
The Shahid Nassiri Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Yazd, Iran. It is part of the much larger Shahid Nassiri Sports Complex. It is used mostly for football (soccer), football matches. However, during Football (soccer), football's lull in popularity in the mid-1990s, it was discussed whether the National Afghan Buzkashi League (in-exile from the Taliban) should be allowed to train on the field. This led to heated controversy among the population surrounding the Stadium, which eventually led to the League's request being denied. The roof of the Nasiri Stadium collapsed in 1983. It is the home stadium of Foolad Yazd F.C. References
