Sandra Sully (journalist)
Sandra Sully (born 18 February 1965) is an Australian news presenter and journalist and editor for ''10 News First'' in Sydney and Queensland. Sully attended Brisbane State High School, graduating in 1978. Life and career Sully was the first Australian television journalist to cover news of the September 11 attacks, 11 September terrorist attacks. She was on air when the first attack occurred and, shortly afterwards, began presenting live breaking coverage. She also hosted ''Cool Aid Australia's National Carbon Test''. She was the first woman to co-host the broadcast of the Melbourne Cup carnival and did so for seven years. In June 2013, Sully and a fellow Channel Ten journalist, Matt Doran, headed a new police crime program on Monday nights called ''Wanted (2013 TV series), Wanted'', where she also did interviews with victims' loved ones to appeal for the public to help solve the case by calling Crimestoppers. Georgina Lewis is an Australian journalist and news presenter. Career As a student, Lewis studied at University of New England, and later at the University of Nebraska, one of the United States leading journalism schools. On returning to Australia she worked in regional Queensland in radio and later as a presenter for regional editions of ''Ten News''. ''Good Morning Australia'' (or ''GMA'') is an Australian breakfast television program that was broadcast on Network Ten. It aired from 23 February 1981 until 18 December 1992. History The original ''Good Morning Australia'' breakfast television program was a news and entertainment show broadcast by Network Ten on weekdays from 7:00 to 9:00am. It debuted on 23 February 1981 with Gordon Elliott and Sue Kellaway co-hosting and with Di Morrissey as the roving reporter. Brad McEwan (born 28 April 1971) is an Australian television presenter and sports journalist.
