Sandow Weldemar Nasution (born March 25, 1981) is an Indonesian weightlifter. He won gold in the 85 kg category at the 2005 Southeast Asian Games. 2007 Asian Weightlifting Championships
The 2007 in sports, 2007 Asian Weightlifting Championships were held at the Taishan College Gymnasium in Tai'an Shandong in PR China between April 17 and April 28 2007. It was the 38th men's and 19th women's championship. The event was organised by the Asian Weightlifting Federation. Olympic weightlifting, or Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights.
