San Sebastián CF
Real Sociedad de Fútbol "B" (also known as Sanse) is a Spanish football team based in San Sebastián, in the autonomous community of Basque Country. Founded in 1955, it is the reserve team of Real Sociedad and plays in Primera Federación – Group 2, holding home games at ''Campo José Luis Orbegozo'' holding 2,500 spectators of the Zubieta Facilities. Unlike in nations such as England, reserve teams in Spain play in the same football pyramid as their senior team rather than a separate league. However, reserve teams cannot play in the same division as their senior team. Therefore, the team is ineligible for promotion to La Liga, the division in which the main side plays. Reserve teams are also no longer permitted to enter the Copa del Rey. Zubieta Facilities
The Zubieta Facilities ( eu, Zubietako Kirol-instalakuntzak, es, Instalaciones de Zubieta), is the training ground of the Primera Division club Real Sociedad. Located in Zubieta, an enclave of San Sebastian (adjacent to the San Sebastián Hippodrome), it was opened in 2004 in its modernised form, although was originally inaugurated in 1981. Occupying an area of 70,000 m², it was designed by architect Izaskun Larzábal. Algeciras Club de Fútbol is a Spanish football team based in Algeciras, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. Founded in 1909 it plays in Primera División RFEF – Group 1, holding home matches at ''Estadio Nuevo Mirador''. History Football became of interest in Algeciras at the end of the 19th century from the British colony of Gibraltar. In their early years the teams of the city played in several sand fields around the city; one of these provisional camps was located near the fairgrounds of the city El Calvario. This field was the first in where Algeciras CF played its matches. The club was officially founded in 1909. When the club was founded, it did not have an official t-shirt, so they played with the players own clothes. 2020–21 Segunda División B
The 2020–21 Segunda División B season was the 44th since its establishment and the last as the third tier. A total of 102 teams participated, and were distributed in three groups of 20 teams each and two groups of 21, with eight subgroups of ten teams each and two with eleven teams each. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the expansion of the league to what were initially five groups of 20 teams each for the 2020–21 season due to promotion from the Tercera División groups in the curtailed past season being applied. The season began on 18 October, following approval by each of Spain's autonomous regions' health departments. For next season the Segunda División B was demoted to the fourth level and dropped the B in its name in favour of the federation's Spanish initials RFEF on the creation of a new, two-group, 40-team third division called Primera División RFEF. Tercera División
Tercera División ( en, Third Division) was the fourth tier of the Spanish football league system. Founded in 1929, it was below the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga), the ''Segunda División'', and the semi-professional ''Segunda División B''. Real Sociedad de Fútbol "C" is a Spanish football team based in San Sebastián, in the autonomous community of Basque Country. It is the second reserve team of Real Sociedad and plays in Segunda Federación – Group 2. History Founded in 1998 as Club Deportivo Berio Futbol Taldea, in 2016 the team was integrated fully into the structure of Real Sociedad, becoming its second reserve squad. In the previous two seasons, after gaining promotion to the Tercera División, Berio operated as a farm team for Real Sociedad but still played at their own stadium wearing their traditional green kit. From then on, they would play at Zubieta and wear Real Sociedad blue-and-white colours. Real Madrid Castilla Club de Fútbol is a Spanish football team that plays in Primera Federación – Group 1 for the 2022–23 season. It is Real Madrid's reserve team. They play their home games at the Alfredo Di Stéfano Stadium with a capacity of 6,000 seats. Reserve teams in Spain play in the same league system as their senior team rather than a separate league. Reserve teams, however, cannot play in the same division as their senior team. Therefore, Real Madrid Castilla are ineligible for promotion to the La Liga as long as Real Madrid plays there.
