San Francisco Fútbol Club is a professional football team located in La Chorrera, Panamá, that plays in Liga Panameña de Fútbol, the top Panamanian football league. It has been in the top flight of Panamanian football every year since 1988, when Panama's first professional league was organized. The club plays its games in Estadio Agustín Sánchez. San Francisco have won 9 Liga Panameña de Fútbol championships, the third highest total of any team since 1988. The club has also finished second 9 times since 1988. Rubén Elías Guevara (born 27 January 1964 in Panama City, Panama) is a retired football midfielder. Club career Nicknamed ''Tátara'', Guevara started his career at Plaza Amador, but made his senior debut for Unión San Miguelito. He then played abroad for Salvadoran side Cojutepeque, alongside compatriots René Mendieta, José Alfredo Poyatos and Percival Piggott and had a lengthy spell with Tauro. Gary Stempel (born 26 January 1957) is a Panamanian football manager. Career Prior to his move to Panama, Stempel was a community outreach officer with London club Millwall. He enjoyed his greatest success as at club level in a four-year spell as manager of San Francisco, a Panamanian football club, during which he won five league titles and two championships with Panama Viejo. It was during this time that he was also given charge of the Panama under-20 and under-23 teams. He qualified Panama to its first-ever U-20 World Cup in 2003. In 2007, he became manager of Salvadorian club Águila and in 2008 he was given the opportunity to take charge of the Panama national team. Fabián Andrés Bastidas (born October 6, 1993) is an American-Colombian professional footballer. Early life Bastidas was born on October 6, 1993, in Brooklyn, New York to Colombian parents.
