Samsung Transform
The Samsung SPH-M920 (marketed as the Samsung Transform) is an Android smartphone manufactured by Samsung. It was announced on October 6, 2010 and released on October 10, 2010 for Sprint in the United States. The Samsung Transform was released using Android 2.1 (Eclair), but received an update to version 2.2.2 on March 25, 2011. The Transform is one of the first devices to be equipped with Sprint's "Sprint ID" user interface. It's considered a mid-range smartphone and the successor to the Samsung Intercept with a few upgrades including faster data ( EVDO Rev. A), a larger 3.5" inch touchscreen, and a VGA front-facing camera for video calling (expected to work with 2.2 update). The phone's form factor resembles that of the Samsung Epic 4G and is being offered as a 'budget minded' alternative. Android Eclair is a codename of the Android mobile operating system developed by Google, the fifth operating system for Android and the second major release of Android. Eclair spans the versions 2.0.x and 2.1. Unveiled on October 26, 2009, Android Eclair builds upon the significant changes made in Android 1.6 "Android Donut". The first phone with Android Eclair is Nexus One. Google ceased Android Market support for Android Eclair on June 31, 2017. The Galaxy Nexus (GT-I9250) is a touchscreen Android smartphone co-developed by Google and Samsung Electronics. It is the third smartphone in the Google Nexus series, a family of Android consumer devices built by an original equipment manufacturer partner. The phone is the successor to Google's previous flagship phones, the Nexus One and Nexus S. Boost Mobile is an American wireless service provider owned by Dish Wireless. It uses the merged T-Mobile network (Sprint + T-Mobile) and AT&T to deliver wireless services. As of Q4 2021, Boost Mobile, along with its sister brands Ting Mobile, Republic Wireless, and Gen Mobile, had 8.55 million customers. It was founded as a joint venture between Peter Adderton, Craig Cooper, Kirt McMaster, and Nextel Communications.
