Samhaara
() is a 2018 Indian Kannada-language romantic action thriller film directed by Guru Deshpande. It stars Chiranjeevi Sarja, Hariprriya, Kavya Shetty, Bala Rajwadi and Chikkanna. The score and soundtrack for the film is by Ravi Basrur and the cinematography is by Jagadish Wali. The film is a remake of Tamil film (2017) directed by Rohin Venkatesan. Launched on 29 April 2017, the principal photography of the film began in May 2017. The film's summary was announced to be a revenge drama where Sarja plays two different roles, one of which is a born-blind chef who owns a restaurant. The film was shot majorly in Mangaluru and nearby coastal regions. Plot Srishaila is a well-known blind chef and the owner of a popular restaurant in Bangalore. One night, Nandini visits his restaurant asking for leftover food for the homeless. Srishaila helps her and eventually falls in love with her daily visits. Chiranjeevi Sarja
Chiranjeevi Sarja (died 7 June 2020) was an Indian actor who appeared in Kannada films. Hailing from a family of actors, Sarja acted in more than 20 films in a career spanning 11 years. Early life and family Sarja was born as the first child of Ammaji and Vijay Kumar. He comes from a family of people associated with South Indian film industry; his maternal grandfather Shakti Prasad, uncle Arjun Sarja and younger brother Dhruva Sarja are all actors, while another uncle Kishore Sarja was a director. Shruthi Chandrasena, known professionally as Haripriya, is an Indian actress and model who chiefly works in Kannada films, in addition to a few Tamil and Telugu films. Haripriya is currently engaged to Kannada actor Vasista.N. Simha. Early life Hariprriya was born on 29 October 1991 in Chikkaballapur, India. Ravi Basrur is an Indian music composer, sound designer, lyricist and director who made his debut in the Kannada film industry in 2014. Career He debuted by scoring music for the film ''Ugramm''. Vijay Prakash (born 21 February 1976) is an Indian Playback singer and also a Music Composer from Karnataka. He has given his voice for predominantly Kannada and Telugu language films. Chikkanna (born 22 June 1984), is an Indian actor who works in Kannada cinema and appears primarily in comic roles.
