Sam Venuto
Samuel Laurence Venuto (November 2, 1927 – July 7, 2014) was an American football running back in the National Football League. He played professionally for the Washington Redskins. Biography Venuto was born in Havertown, Pennsylvania, and attended Haverford High School in Haverford Township, Pennsylvania. He played college football at Guilford College. In 1952, he played for the Washington Redskins. Lydell Mitchell
Lydell Douglas Mitchell (born May 30, 1949) is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) with the Baltimore Colts, San Diego Chargers and Los Angeles Rams from 1972 to 1980. Football Mitchell played high school football at Salem High School in New Jersey. He was taken in the second round of the 1972 NFL Draft out of Penn State University by the Colts (48th overall). Mitchell was a teammate of Hall of Fame running back Franco Harris of the Pittsburgh Steelers while at Penn State, and many actually thought the Steelers were going to draft Mitchell instead of Harris before the draft. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2004. Mitchell established himself in the mid-1970s as one of the best all-around running backs in the NFL. Jay Venuto
A jay is a member of a number of species of medium-sized, usually colorful and noisy, passerine birds in the Crow family, Corvidae. The evolutionary relationships between the jays and the magpies are rather complex. For example, the Eurasian magpie seems more closely related to the Eurasian jay than to the East Asian blue and green magpies, whereas the blue jay is not closely related to either. Systematics and species Jays are not a monophyletic group. Salem High School is a comprehensive community four-year public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grades from Salem City, in Salem County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Salem City School District. Students from Elsinboro Township, Lower Alloways Creek Township, Mannington Township and Quinton Township attend the school as part of sending/receiving relationships with the respective districts.
