Sam Pillsbury
Sam Pillsbury is an American film director, producer, and winemaker. Massachusetts-raised Sam Pillsbury emigrated to New Zealand at the age of 14. At age 23 he began working for the government-owned National Film Unit of New Zealand, joining a group of emerging filmmakers who were investigating new subjects and creative film making styles. Pillsbury directed seven films at the National Film Unit, including a multi-faceted study of artist Ralph Hotere, and a satirical look at workplace relations (Men and Supermen). He was also part of the directing team on Commonwealth Games chronicle Games '74, and worked both on set and at the editing bench for Paul Maunder's Gone Up North for a While. Pillsbury went solo in 1975. Documentary Birth with R.D.Laing won awards on both sides of the Tasman, and controversy in England and the United States. Waterbury is a city in the U.S. state of Connecticut on the Naugatuck River, southwest of Hartford and northeast of New York City. Geny Dignac
Geny Dignac (Buenos Aires, 1932) is an American sculptor and environmental artist of Argentine birth. Biography Born in Buenos Aires, Dignac moved to the Washington, D.C. area in 1954; she left in 1974 and settled in Arizona. Her art, much of which is created using fire and light as media, has been exhibited widely. She has lectured on the use of fire as an artistic medium, and worked with a metallurgist and the Naval Ordnance Laboratory to create works involving fire and nitinol alloys. Dignac lives in Phoenix, Arizona. She was married to José Bermudez; their son-in-law is the director Sam Pillsbury. Maynard James Keenan (born James Herbert Keenan; April 17, 1964) is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and winemaker. He is best known as the singer and primary lyricist of the rock bands Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer. Having grown up in Michigan, Keenan joined the U.S. Army after graduating from high school. After leaving the Army, he attended the Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Temuera Derek Morrison (born 26 December 1960) is a New Zealand actor and Singer who first gained recognition for his role as Dr. Hone Ropata on the soap opera ''Shortland Street''.
