Sam Morrow
Samuel Morrow (born 3 March 1985) is a Northern Irish former professional association footballer who played as a striker. Playing career Youth Morrow, who was raised in Limavady, County Londonderry, started as a youth at Institute. Ipswich Town Morrow began his professional career at Ipswich Town where he made his debut as an 18-year-old in a League Cup match versus Notts County. He had a short loan spell during the 2003–04 season to Boston United before leaving the club without any league appearances. Hibernian In the summer of 2004, Tony Mowbray signed Morrow for Hibernian, having known him from his time as the Ipswich assistant manager. Morrow only started five league matches in his first season with Hibs, but proved to be useful as a substitute, scoring goals in wins against Dundee and Dundee United. Limavady
Limavady (; ) is a market town in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland, with Binevenagh as a backdrop. Lying east of Derry and southwest of Coleraine, Limavady had a population of 12,032 people at the United Kingdom census, 2011, 2011 Census. The League of Ireland Cup ( ga, Corn Sraithe na hÉireann), also referred to in Ireland as the 'League Cup', is an annual knockout competition in men's football in the Republic of Ireland. It is contested by League of Ireland clubs and invited clubs from the lower levels of the Republic of Ireland football league system. It has been sponsored by Electronic Arts and branded the EA Sports Cup since 2009. The competition began in 1973–74, replacing the League of Ireland Shield and the Dublin City Cup. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three. Origin The term first appeared in 1858 in cricket, to describe H. H. Stephenson taking three wickets with three consecutive deliveries. In professional association football, a free transfer, also known as a Bosman transfer, involves a professional association football club releasing a player when the player's contract has expired or made available just before the end of the contract. The player can then go on to sign for any club offering a contract to them. Partick Thistle Football Club are a professional association football, football club from Glasgow, Scotland. Despite their name, the club are based at Firhill Stadium in the Maryhill area of the city, and have not played in Partick since 1908. An anterior cruciate ligament injury occurs when the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is either stretched, partially torn, or completely torn. The most common injury is a complete tear.
