Salt City Derby Girls
The Salt City Derby Girls (SCDG) Banked Track league was based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Formed in 2005,Hot Wheels: Roller Derby in the Beehive State

SCDG was composed of four local teams and one all-star traveling team. In 2011, The Salt City Derby Girls changed their focus and became a Banked Track Roller Derby League. All home teams competed against each other on the Banked Track to claim the trophy and title as Season Champions. The Salt City Shakers competed nationally on both Banked Track and Flat Track. The Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center, more commonly known as the Salt Palace, is a convention center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Named after Utah's 11th governor, Calvin L. Rampton, the name "Salt Palace" was previously used by two other venues in the city. First Salt Palace (1899–1910) The original Salt Palace was built in 1899 under the direction of Richard K.A. Kletting, architect, and owned by John Franklin Heath. It stood on 900 South, between State Street and Main Street in Salt Lake City. The Salt Palace was a frame structure covered by large pieces of rock salt, which gave it its name. The Palace had a large dome and was lit at night with hundreds of light bulbs. The building held a theater and was the centerpiece of an amusement park that included a dance hall, a bandstand, a bicycle racing track, rides, and other amusements. Rocky Mountain Roller Girls
Rocky Mountain Roller Derby (RMRD) is a flat-track roller derby league based in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 2004, Rocky Mountain is a founding member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), and has qualified for WFTDA Playoffs every year, including winning the WFTDA Championships in 2010. History and organization Rocky Mountain Roller Derby formed as the first contemporary roller derby league in Denver in 2004, and by July 2005 held their first local game, between the Red Ridin' Hoods and the Sugar Kill Gang. Later that year, the nascent organization split and a number of former members launched the rival Denver Roller Dolls. Pikes Peak Derby Dames
Pikes Peak Derby Dames is a women's flat track roller derby league based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Founded in 2005, Pike's Peak is a founding member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). League history and organization Pikes Peak Derby Dames was founded in the summer of 2005, when Courtney "Slugs-N-Kisses" Mansfield was inspired after reading about the Texas Rollergirls. With guidance from Denver's Rocky Mountain Rollergirls, Pike's Peak began training at Skate City that same year. The league is run by its members, and is a nonprofit organization. Pikes Peaks consists of three home teams that primarily play each other, and two travel teams. The home teams are the Candy Snipers, Danger Dolls, Killer Queens. The Treasure Valley Rollergirls (TVR) is a women's flat track roller derby league based in Boise, Idaho. Founded in 2006, Treasure Valley is a member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). History and organization Treasure Valley was formed in February 2006, shortly after the television series '' Rollergirls'' began airing, and played its first season the following year. In January 2008, it faced the top teams in the Northwest in a tournament hosted by the Rat City Rollergirls. Around this point, it had four teams: the B-Town Battalion, Cell Block B, the Devil's Darlings and the Derailers, but these were subsequently disbanded shortly after the omnibus league moved from its grass roots beginnings at Expo Idaho in Garden City to Century Link Arena in downtown Boise. The Battle Born Derby Demons (BBDD) is a roller derby league based in Reno, Nevada. Founded in 2006, the league consists of a single team, which competes against teams from other leagues. The league was founded in June 2006 by Erinn McCann (known as "Sweet Ruin"), who had previously seen roller derby in Sacramento, California, and initially consisted of seven women. It played its first bout in November, at which it faced skaters from two leagues based in northern California. As of September 2007, it remained undefeated. Duke City Roller Derby (DCRD) is a women's flat-track roller derby league based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 2005, Duke City is a founding member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). History Founded in 2005, Duke City is the oldest roller derby organization in Albuquerque. Early on, the league comprised three teams based in Albuquerque, one in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Santa Fe and one in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Rio Rancho. Fabulous Sin City Roller Derby or Sin City Roller Derby (SCRD), is a women's flat track roller derby league based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded in 2004, Sin City is a founding member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). History Sin City began as the Las Vegas Neanderdolls in 2005, started by coaches Ivanna S. Pankin, owner of the online store Sin City Skates, and her partner Trish the Dish. Ivanna and Trish had played with the Arizona Roller Derby and finding no team in Las Vegas, created one. Shawna th'Dead was the first member of Neanderdolls. The Neanderdolls grew in membership and became a travel only team. Thereafter they changed to the SCRG. Sacramento Roller Derby is a women's flat track roller derby league based in Sacramento, California. Originally two separate leagues founded in 2006, Sac City Rollers and Sacred City Derby Girls, who mutually announced a pending merger in late 2017, and then on January 1, 2018, announced a rebrand of the merged organization as Sacramento Roller Derby.
