SalsÃ¥ker-UllÃ¥ngers IF is a Swedish football club located in UllÃ¥nger in Kramfors Municipality, Västernorrland County. Background During the years 1984 to 2010 the club has existed in various forms covering the Höga Kusten area â€“ namely BjärtrÃ¥ IS, Docksta BTK, Norabygdens IK, NordingrÃ¥ SK, Skogs IF and SalsÃ¥ker-UllÃ¥ngers IF â€“ with football being the club's main activity. The purpose of this collaborative project has been to be able to offer football as sport for to members of village clubs without those members having to leave their local club. Successful cooperation between the local clubs first took place at youth football level but over the years has progressed to senior football. The names of the teams in the league in the district over the years has varied from DUFF-84 (Docksta UllÃ¥nger Framtida Fotboll), Nora/NordingrÃ¥, S/D Fotboll, NSD Höga Kusten and Höga Kusten Fotboll. Division 3 is the fifth level in the league system of Swedish football and comprises 144 Swedish football teams. Division 3 had status as the official third level from 1928 to 1986, but was replaced by Division 2 in 1987. It then had status as the official fourth level until 2005, but was replaced once again as Division 1 was recreated in 2006. The competition There are 144 clubs in Division 3, divided in 12 groups of 12 teams each representing a geographical area. During the course of a season (starting in April and ending in October) each club plays the others twice, once at their home stadium and once at that of their opponents, for a total of 22 games. Kramfors Municipality
Kramfors Municipality (''Kramfors kommun'') is a municipality in Västernorrland County, northern Sweden. Its seat is located in the town Kramfors. The rural municipality of ''Gudmundrå'' was in 1947 made one of the last administrative cities of Sweden and got the name Kramfors from an industrial settlement. In 1952 many of the surrounding entities were grouped into larger municipalities. The nationwide reform in 1971 made Kramfors a unitary municipality, but the amalgamation process was not fulfilled until 1974. The number of original units within the present municipality is eleven, including Bjärtrå. The municipality features the Sandö Bridge, crossing the Ångerman River.
