Salahuddin Lavlu ( bn, সালাহ উদ্দিন লাভলু; born 24 January) is a Bangladeshi television film director, actor, and screenwriter. His works generally consist of single episode television dramas and telenovelas. His notable works include '' Ronger Manush'' (2004), ''Vober Hat'' (2007), ''Ghor Kutum'' (2008), ''Alta Sundori'' (2009) and ''Sakin Sarisuri'' (2009), Har Kipte (2011), Kobuliotnama (2015), The Village Engineer (2016), Shonar Pakhi Rupar Pakhi (2017) and Priyo Din Priyo Raat (2018). Salahuddin Lavlu is the president of the Directors Guild. Early life Salahuddin Lavlu was born in Jugia village, near Kushtia town of Kushtia District in the Khulna Division of western Bangladesh. Azizur Rahman (10 October 1939 – 14 March 2022) was a Bangladeshi film director. His directorial debut was the 1967 film, ''Saiful Mulk Badiuzzamal''. During his career, he directed 53 films in total. His notable films include '' Chhutir Ghonta'' (1980) and ''Ashikkhito'' (1978). Personal life On 14 March 2022, Rahman died of a heart attack at Lakeridge Health Ajax Pickering Hospital in Toronto, Canada. Earlier, due to illness, he was treated in a hospital in Canada for a year.
