Sakudumbam Shyamala
''Sakudumbam Shyamala'' is a 2010 Malayalam comedy film directed by Radhakrishnan Mangalath and written by Krishna Poojapura. The film has Uravashi, Kunchako Boban, Nedumudi Venu, Sai Kumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Bhama in the main roles. The film become commercially flopp at the box office. Plot Shyamala (Urvashi) was not very good at her studies and fails in her Pre-degree examination. Her family, especially her brother Sekharan (Nedumudi Venu) loves her a lot. They arrange her marriage with an American guy, but he wants Shyamala to pass her Pre-Degree for the marriage to happen. Things become different when Shyamala falls in love with Vasudevan ( Sai Kumar), a Malayalam tutor in the college and marries him. Her family abandons her. Now Shymala is the mother of a 25-year-old son Akash (Kunchacko Boban). Shyamala's biggest dream is her 25-year-old son's marriage to the daughter of any rich American Malayali. Urvashi (actress)
Kavitha Ranjini, known by the stage name Urvashi, is an Indian actress, dubbing artist, television host, scriptwriter and producer known for her works in the Southern film industry, predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil films. Urvashi was a prominent lead actress of the 1980s and 1990s, primarily in Malayalam Films. Kunchako Boban
Kunchacko Boban (born 2 November 1976) is an Indian actor and film producer. Sometimes referred to as Chackochan, he works in the Malayalam film industry and has acted in more than 90 films in more than two decades. He is a member of the Kunchacko family. Kunchacko's debut was as a child in the film '' Dhanya'' (1981) produced by his father Boban Kunchacko. He debuted as an adult leading role in Fazil's 1997 romantic drama '' Aniyathipraavu'' opposite Shalini, which became the highest-grossing Malayalam film till then, establishing him as a bankable actor overnight. He appeared in a brief role in ''Harikrishnans'' (1998) starring Mohanlal and Mammootty, which was the top Malayalam box office grosser of the year.
