Sak Kaoponlek
Sak Kaoponlek ( th, ศักดิ์ ขาวผ่องเล็ก), also known as Kaoponglek Luksuratham (ขาวผ่องเล็ก ลูกสุรธรรม) in Thailand is a Thai Muay Thai fighter and trainer. Career Kaoponlek started training and fighting in Muay Thai when he was 11 years old at home with his father. He then joined the Luksuratum gym in Nakhon Ratchasima and at 13 he debuted on the Bangkok circuit. On April 11, 2015 he fought in the International Gala "Oktagon" in Milan, Italy. He retired to train and teach. He is the coach of the European Muay Thai organization Fight1. Sergio Wielzen (born November 1, 1987 in Suriname) is a Surinamese-Dutch super lightweight Muay Thai kickboxer formerly fighting out of Amsterdam, Netherlands for Black Label and FF Carbin. Medio 2015 he switched to Sityodtong Muay Thai & Kickboxing Amsterdam to be trained by Paul and Vincent Pengel. His nickname is "Samurai" in English. Charles François (born October 4, 1986) is a French Muay Thai kickboxer. He is the W.P.M.F. European Muaythai Champion and former W.P.M.F. World Muaythai Champion. Biography and career Charles "Karlito" François is a pro Muaythai kickboxer and member of the France team of Muaythai. He has competed for over 10 years and has received various titles such as Champion of France six times. Le Lavandou
Le Lavandou (; oc, Lo Lavandor) is a commune in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France. It derives its name either from the flower lavender (''lavanda'' in Provençal) that is prevalent in the area, or more prosaically from the local form of the Occitan name for lavoir, ''lavandor'' (for ''lavador'', a public place for washing clothes). The (then) village is where the famous popular song A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square was written in the summer of 1939.
