Emmanuel Dorado
Emmanuel Dorado RodrÃguez (born 28 March 1973) is a French former professional footballer who played as a central defender. He coaches Sainte-Geneviève Sports. Career Dorado played for European clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Angers SCO, UD AlmerÃa, Málaga CF, and Córdoba CF. Dorado was at the centre of an unpaid wages controversy while at Livingston following the side's relegation from the Scottish Premier League. The Scottish Football League imposed a transfer embargo on Livingston due to their failure to settle Dorado's contract. Livingston argued that they have settled the contract and that the embargo should be lifted. He contributed to their victorious 2003–04 Scottish League Cup campaign, including playing the full 90 minutes as they beat Hibernian in the 2004 Scottish League Cup Final. The Championnat National 2, commonly known as National 2 and formerly known as Championnat de France Amateur (CFA), is a football league competition. The league serves as the fourth tier of the French football league system behind Ligue 1, Ligue 2, and the Championnat National. Contested by 64 clubs, the Championnat National 2 operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Championnat National and the Championnat National 3, the fifth division of French football. Seasons run from August to May, with teams in four groups playing 32 games each totalling 1280 games in the season. Most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with a few games played during weekday evenings. Play is regularly suspended the last weekend before Christmas for two weeks before returning in the second week of January. 2021–22 Championnat National 2
The 2021–22 Championnat National 2 is the 24th season of the fourth tier in the French football league system in its current format. This season the competition is being contested by 64 clubs split geographically across four groups of 16 teams. The teams include amateur clubs (although a few are semi-professional) and the reserve teams of professional clubs. Teams On 15 July 2021, the FFF ratified the constitution of the competition, and published the groups. Due to the non-completion of the 2020–21 season, the FFF declared that there would be no regular promotion or relegation from the division, and that any vacancies to be filled would be done on the basis of finishing positions in the 2019–20 season. Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (often abbreviated to SGdB) is a commune in the southern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 23.5 km (14.6 miles) from the center of Paris, in the arrondissement of Palaiseau, Essonne department, Île-de-France. History Inhabitants of Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois are known as ''Génovéfains''. There has been a settlement in what is now Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois since Roman times. In 1800 it was still a small settlement with around 100 inhabitants. After the armistice in 1918 the population was counted at less than 800. The boom started in the 1920s when inhabitants of Paris wanted affordable housing. This boom was in part because the railway station of Perray was built, connecting the town to Paris. The population at the moment is over 30.000 inhabitants, making it one of the larger settlements in the Essonne departement.
