Saint-Denis is a railway station serving Saint-Denis, a northern suburb of Paris in Seine-Saint-Denis department, France. Paris–Lille Railway
The railway from Paris to Lille is an important French 251-kilometre long railway line, that connects Paris to the northern French city Lille. Branch lines offer connections to Belgium and Great Britain. As one of the first railway lines in France, it was opened on 20 June 1846. The opening of the LGV Nord high speed line from Paris to Lille in 1993 has decreased its importance for passenger traffic. Route The Paris–Lille railway begins at the Gare du Nord in Paris, running north for 6 km until Saint-Denis. From here, it climbs in northeastern direction at a constant 5 mm/km incline. Saint-Denis–Dieppe Railway
The railway from Saint-Denis to Dieppe is a French 161-kilometre long railway line, that connected Paris to Dieppe on the English Channel coast. It was opened in several stages between 1846 and 1873. The part between Gisors and Serqueux was closed from 2009 to 2013, and the part between Serqueux and Arques-la-Bataille has been demolished. Route The Saint-Denis–Dieppe railway begins in the northern suburbs of Paris, near the Saint-Denis station, where it branches off the railway from Paris to Lille. It runs in generally northwestern direction, passing through Pontoise, Gisors, Gournay-en-Bray and Serqueux, where it crosses the Amiens–Rouen railway. Creil is a commune in the Oise department in northern France. The Creil station is an important railway junction. History Archaeological remains in the area include a Neolithic site as well as a late Iron Age necropolis, perhaps belonging to a Gaulish fortress or protected camp. Île-de-France tramway Line 1 (usually called simply T1) is part of the modern tram network of the Île-de-France region of France. Line T1 connects Noisy-le-Sec station and Asnières-sur-Seine with a suburban alignment running in parallel to the Northern city limits of Paris. The line has a length of and 36 stations. It opened in 1992 as the first modern tram line in the Paris region. The line was extended in December 2003 and November 2012. Asnières–Gennevilliers–Les Courtilles (Paris Métro)
Les Courtilles () is the terminus of the northwestern branch of Line 13 of the Paris Métro. Location The station is located on the border of the municipalities of communes of Asnières-sur-Seine and Gennevilliers, at the intersection formed by the axis of the Avenue de la Redoute and Avenue Lucien-Lanternier on the one hand, and the axis Boulevard Pierre-de-Coubertin and Boulevard Intercommunal on the other hand.
