Saidi Ntibazonkiza
Saidi Ntibazonkiza (born 1 May 1987) is a Burundian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Tanzanian Premier League club Simba and the Burundi national team. Career Club Ntibazonkiza started to play football at Vital'O. As an asylum seeker, he came to the Netherlands in 2005. NEC was the nearest professional football club, and because of that, he trained with their youth team. Eventually, NEC signed him on a permanent deal. At the beginning of the 2006–07 season, he began playing for the youth team, but was shortly thereafter promoted to the first-team squad. On 18 November 2006, against Sparta Rotterdam, Ntibazonkiza played his first game in the Eredivisie. After receiving a Dutch residence permit, Ntibazonkiza signed a contract binding him to NEC until the summer of 2009. He also signed another contract extension until 2012 in January 2009. The 2013–14 Ekstraklasa (named T-Mobile Ekstraklasa for sponsorship reasons) was the 88th season of the Polish Football Championship, the 80th season of the highest tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1927 and the 6th season of the Ekstraklasa under its current title. The league was operated by the Ekstraklasa SA. A total of 16 teams were participating, 14 of which competed in the league during the 2012–13 season, while the remaining two were promoted from the I liga. I liga ( pl, Pierwsza liga, ), currently named Fortuna I liga due to its sponsorship by Fortuna, is the men's second professional association football division of the Polish football league system, below the Ekstraklasa and above the II liga via promotion/relegation systems. The 2012–13 I liga was the 65th season of the second tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1949 and the 5th season of the Polish I liga under its current title. The league was operated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The league is contested by 18 teams who competing for promotion to the 2013–14 Ekstraklasa. The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The champions and runners-up would receive promotion. The bottom four teams were automatically demoted to the II liga. Poland Ekstraklasa (), meaning "Extra Class" in Polish, named PKO Ekstraklasa since the 2019–20 season due to its sponsorship by PKO Bank Polski, is the top Polish professional league for men's association football teams. Contested by 18 clubs, operating a system of promotion and relegation with the I liga, seasons start in July, and end in May or June the following year. Teams play a total of 34 games each. 2006–07 Eredivisie
The 2006–07 Eredivisie season began on August 18, 2006. The season saw PSV Eindhoven quickly building a gap with the other teams. After 20 matches, the club was 11 points ahead of AZ and 12 points ahead of Ajax. The lead quickly dissipated in the 13 matches that followed. A draw of PSV at FC Utrecht in the penultimate round saw AZ and Ajax catching up. The three clubs were all on 72 points from 33 matches, with the AZ on top due to goal difference. Ajax were second, PSV were third. AZ suffered a shock defeat at league minnows Excelsior Rotterdam in the final round, playing with 10 men after 15 minutes in the game.
