Sahukara
''Sahukara'' is a 2004 Indian Kannada-language film directed by Om Prakash Rao and produced by K. Manju. It stars V. Ravichandran, Rambha, Shashikumar and Anu Prabhakar. Veteran actor Vishnuvardhan made a special appearance. It was a remake of the Malayalam film ''Thenmavin Kombath'' (1994). The film was released on 24 September 2004 to generally positive reviews from critics, went on to become one of the blockbuster hits of 2004, and successfully screened for about 25 weeks in cinema halls. Sumithra (actress)
Sumithra (born 18 September 1953) is an Indian actress. She has appeared in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu language films. She acted as the lead heroine in films between 1974 and 1986. She later started being known for her roles as a mother since the 1990s. Early life Sumithra was born on 18 September 1953 to Raghavan Nair and Janaki at Thrissur, Kerala. She has three brothers, her father was working in an oil refining company. When she was doing her schooling, she learnt dance from Murugappan Master, who was the guide to actress K. R. ''Muthu'' () is a 1995 Indian Tamil-language masala film written and directed by K. S. Ravikumar, and produced by Kavithalayaa Productions. The film stars Rajinikanth, Meena and Sarath Babu; with Radha Ravi, Senthil, Vadivelu, Jayabharathi, Subhashri and Ponnambalam all acting in supporting roles. It is a remake of the Malayalam film ''Thenmavin Kombath'' (1994). The film revolves around a zamindar and his worker falling in love with the same woman who, unknown to the zamindar, loves the worker exclusively. After Rajinikanth narrated the outline of ''Thenmavin Kombath'', he told Ravikumar to develop the screenplay of the remake without watching the original film. ''Thenmavin Kompath'' () is a 1994 Indian Malayalam-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Priyadarshan. It was produced and edited by N. Gopalakrishnan. The film stars Mohanlal, Shobana, and Nedumudi Venu, with Kaviyoor Ponnamma, K. P. A. C. Lalitha, Sukumari, Kuthiravattam Pappu, Sreenivasan, Sankaradi, and Sharat Saxena in supporting roles.
