Safet Isović
Safet Isović (; 20 October 1936 – 2 September 2007) was a Bosnian singer who performed the Bosnian traditional music sevdalinka. Early life and family Isović was born into a Bosniak family in Bileća, located in the Herzegovina region of modern-day Bosnia and Herzegovina, while it was a part of Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Safet was one of three children of Ahmet Isović and Ermina; his brother's name was Fehim and his sister was Fehma. Safet's father Ahmet was the son of Zaim Isović, whose first wife, Derviša (née Baraković), died during childbirth on 19 June 1900. Safet became a war refugee at the age of five in 1941 when Yugoslavia was invaded by Nazi Germany. His family escaped to Banja Luka, where he attended elementary school. Safet Jahič (born 25 January 1987) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Nafta 1903 in Slovenia. Club career Born in Slovenj Gradec, Jahič came through the youth academy of Rudar Velenje. He moved to Greece at the age of 18 by signing with Panionios. Jahič was included in their first team squad for the 2005–06 season, but failed to make any appearance. On 4 August 2006, Jahič was transferred to Partizan, penning a four-year deal. He was one of 12 players to join the club during that transfer window. Mainly a backup to veteran Ivica Kralj, Jahič made five league and two UEFA Cup appearances during the 2006–07 season. Safet Plakalo (4 March 1950 – 19 March 2015) was a prominent Bosnian playwright, journalist, theatre critic and a founder of Sarajevo War Theatre (SARTR). He was one of the few South Slavic writers of poetic dramatic orientation. His unique dramatic expression integrated the precise poetic form of a sonnet deeply into a dramatic form. Having written his first play, ''Vrh'' (The Peak), at the age of 26, he held the honour of being the youngest playwright in the theatrical history of Bosnia and Herzegovina whose play was staged by a professional theatre. The success of ''Vrh'' had secured him his first commission to write a play about the 1941 anti-fascist insurgence in the Romanija region near Sarajevo. Safet "Pape" Sušić (; born 13 April 1955) is a Bosnian professional football manager and former player who was most recently the manager of TFF First League club Akhisarspor. He was a gifted midfielder known for his dribbling skills and technical ability, and is strongly reputed to have been one of the finest European players of his generation. Sušić played for Yugoslavia in two FIFA World Cups, 1982 and 1990, and at UEFA Euro 1984. As a manager, he qualified the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team to the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
