Sae Nanjo
Sae Nanjo (born 15 July 1999) is a Japanese Freestyle wrestling, freestyle wrestler. She won one of the bronze medals in the 2021 World Wrestling Championships – Women's freestyle 57 kg, women's 57kg event at the 2021 World Wrestling Championships in Oslo, Norway. In 2017, she won the gold medal in the women's 55 kg event at the 2017 Asian Wrestling Championships, Asian Wrestling Championships held in New Delhi, India. She won the gold medal in 2022 U23 World Wrestling Championships – Women's freestyle 57 kg, women's 57kg event at the 2022 U23 World Wrestling Championships held in Pontevedra, Spain. In 2023, she won the gold medal in her event at the 2023 Asian Wrestling Championships, Asian Wrestling Championships held in Astana, Kazakhstan. References External links

2021 World Wrestling Championships
The 2021 World Wrestling Championships was the 17th edition of the World Wrestling Championships of combined events and was held from 2 to 10 October 2021 in Oslo, Norway. The event was subsequent to the 2019 World Championships due to the cancelation of the 2020 edition during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2022 U23 World Wrestling Championships – Women's Freestyle 57 Kg
The women's freestyle 57 kilograms is a competition featured at the 2022 U23 World Wrestling Championships, and was held in Pontevedra, Spain on 20 and 21 October 2022. The qualification rounds were held on 19 October while medal matches were held on the 2nd day of the competition. A total of 14 wrestlers competed in this event, limited to athletes whose body weight was less than 57 kilograms. This freestyle wrestling competition consists of a single-elimination tournament, with a repechage used to determine the winner of two bronze medals. The two finalists face off for gold and silver medals. Each wrestler who loses to one of the two finalists moves into the repechage, culminating in a pair of bronze medal matches featuring the semifinal losers each facing the remaining repechage opponent from their half of the bracket.
