Sacred Geometry
Sacred geometry ascribes symbolic and Sacred, sacred meanings to certain geometry, geometric shapes and certain geometric Proportion (architecture), proportions. It is associated with the belief that a god or goddess is the creator of the universal geometer. The geometry used in the design and construction of sacred architecture, religious structures such as Church (building), churches, temples, mosques, religious monuments, altars, and church tabernacle, tabernacles has sometimes been considered sacred. The concept applies also to sacred spaces such as temenos, temenoi, sacred groves, village greens, Pagoda, pagodas and holy wells, Mandala Gardens and the creation of sacred art, religious and spiritual art. Plutarch (; grc-gre, Πλούταρχος, ''Ploútarchos''; ; – after AD 119) was a Greek Middle Platonist philosopher, historian, biographer, essayist, and priest at the Temple of Apollo in Delphi. He is known primarily for his ''Parallel Lives'', a series of biographies of illustrious Greeks and Romans, and ''Moralia'', a collection of essays and speeches. Chambered Nautilus
The chambered nautilus (''Nautilus pompilius''), also called the pearly nautilus, is the best-known species of nautilus. The shell, when cut away, reveals a lining of lustrous nacre and displays a nearly perfect equiangular spiral, although it is not a golden spiral.
