Sabrosito
"Sabrosito" is the fourth episode of the Better Call Saul (season 3), third season of the AMC (TV channel), AMC television series ''Better Call Saul'', the spinoff series of ''Breaking Bad''. The episode aired on May 1, 2017, on AMC in the United States. Outside of the United States, the episode premiered on streaming service Netflix in several countries. Plot Opening In a flashback to 1999, Hector Salamanca introduces Ximenez Lecerda to Eladio Vuente, Don Eladio. Hector says he has purchased an Albuquerque, New Mexico, Albuquerque ice cream store that will facilitate drug sales because Ximenez can bring cocaine over the border when he delivers store supplies. Hector has named the store for Eladio: "El Griego Guiñador". He also presents the gift of a bobblehead mascot for the store which is named "Sabrosito”, as well as a cash tribute. Gus Fring
Gustavo "Gus" Fring is a fictional character portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito in the crime drama series ''Breaking Bad'' and its prequel ''Better Call Saul''. He is a Chilean-American businessman and major narcotics distributor in the Southwestern United States who uses several legitimate businesses, including a chain of successful fried chicken restaurants called Los Pollos Hermanos (The Chicken Brothers) and an industrial laundry facility called Lavandería Brillante (Bright Laundry), as fronts used to launder money for a vast drug operation. Thomas Schnauz
Thomas Schnauz (born ) is an American television producer and television writer. His credits include ''The X-Files'', ''The Lone Gunmen'', '' Night Stalker'', ''Reaper'', ''Breaking Bad'', and ''Better Call Saul''. Personal life Schnauz was born in Kearny, New Jersey. He attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where he first met fellow student Vince Gilligan. Schnauz graduated from Tisch in 1988. Career Schnauz started his career in various production jobs. His first screenplay was called ''Spirits in Passing''. He eventually joined Vince Gilligan on the writing staff of ''The X-Files'' and its spinoff show, ''The Lone Gunmen''. He also co-wrote the screenplays for the 2008 film ''Otis'' and the 2008 television film '' Infected''.
