Sabit Damulla Abdulbaki
Sabit Damolla ( ug, سابىت داموللا; ; June 1883 – 1934) was a Uyghur independence movement leader who led the Hotan rebellion against the Xinjiang Province government of Jin Shuren and later the Uyghur leader Khoja Niyaz. He is widely known as the first and only prime minister of the short-lived Islamic Republic of East Turkestan from November 12, 1933 until the republic's defeat in May 1934. Life Sabit Damolla Abdulbaqi was born in 1883, in county of Atush (Artux) in the Kashgar vilayet, where he received religious education. In the 1920s, he graduated from Xinjiang Academy of Politics and Laws in Ürümqi (later becoming Xinjiang University), that was founded by Governor Yang Zengxin in 1924 and originally performed courses in Russian, Chinese and Uyghur. Sabit Atayevich Orujev ( az, Sabit Atababa oğlu Orucov, russian: Сабит Атаевич Оруджев; 31 May 1912, Baku – 20 April 1981, Moscow) was Azerbaijani Soviet politician, Deputy Prime-minister of Azerbaijan SSR (1957-1959), Deputy Minister of Oil Extracting Industry of USSR (1965-1972), Minister of Gas Industry of USSR (1972-1981) and member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1981). Sabit Mukanov ( kk, Сәбит Мұқанұлы Мұқанов, ''Sábıt Muqanuly Muqanov''; April 26, 1900 – 18 April 1973) was a Kazakh poet, social activist, and academic. He was the head of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan from 1936-37 and again from 1943-52. Sabit Mukanov was born to a Muslim family in 1900 in Tauzar Volost of Akmola Gubernia (now North Kazakhstan Province). His family worked mostly as cattle ranchers and took part in the civil war from 1918-1920. He studied in the Institute of Red Professorship from 1930 to 1935. Ferdi Sabit Soyer (; born March 5, 1952) is a former Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and former Leader of Republican Turkish Party (CTP). Soyer, a former union leader, has been a member of the TRNC parliament since 1985 (except for a three-year absence between 1990 and 1993). He was named successor to Talat's former post of TRNC Prime Minister on April 25, 2005. Soyer was born in Nicosia in 1952, attending secondary school in Cyprus, then continued towards a degree in medicine from Turkey. However, due to political reasons he did not complete his university education.
