Schiedamse Voetbal Vereniging
SV SVV, short for Sportvereniging Schiedamse Voetbal Verenigingen, is a Dutch football club from Schiedam. Founded in 1904, the club won the Dutch national football title in 1949. In 1991, the professional branch of SVV and neighbouring Dordrecht'90 merged to form FC Dordrecht. SVV continues to play in amateur leagues. History The club was founded in 1904 as ''Excelsior'', which was renamed to ''Voorwaarts'' (Forward) two years later. The name was again changed, to SVV this time, when the club entered the Dutch national football competition. SVV was a people's club, and its players came mostly from the local residential area De Gorzen. SVV won promotion to the Eerste Klasse, the highest national division at the time, in 1948. The first season at that level immediately saw the club winning the title. This allowed SVV to face other Eerste Klasse champions for the national title. The Swiss Patriotic Federation (german: Schweizerischer Vaterländischer Verband (SVV); french: Fédération patriotique suisse; it, Federazione patriottica svizzera (FPS)) was a right-wing political organisation in Switzerland between 1919 and 1948. The SVV was set up on 5 April 1919 by Dr. Eugen Bircher as a reaction to the Swiss general strike of 1918 and violent and bloody revolutions and suppressions of these revolutions in nearby regions across the border. It also acted to oppose 'international emigration', which in effect became anti-Semitism, with the group holding '' The Protocols of the Elders of Zion'' as fact, alongside a similar work ''Aufklärung zur Flüchtlingsfrage'' (''Shedding Light on the Refugee Question''). ''Sri Vinayaka Vijayamu'' is a 1979 Telugu-language Hindu mythological film directed by Kamalakara Kameswara Rao and produced by Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna Murthy under Jaganmatha Arts. The film stars Krishnam Raju, Rama Krishna, Vanisri, M. G. V. Madan Gopal, Kaikala Satyanarayana in the lead roles. The music was composed by S. Rajeswara Rao. The lyrics were penned by Devulapalli Krishnasastri, Arudra, Veeturi and Kosaraju. The film is about Lord Ganesha's life from his birth till he tamed Mushikasura, a rakshasa who later became Ganesha's vahana. The film was a major commercial success.
