SR 595 (NV)
Rainbow Boulevard is a north–south section line arterial in the Las Vegas Valley. A portion of the road is designated State Route 595 (SR 595). Rainbow Boulevard description Rainbow Boulevard begins south of Blue Diamond Road ( SR 160) in Clark County and continues north to Horse Drive in northern Las Vegas. Prior to the completion of Durango Drive north of Blue Diamond Road, Rainbow Boulevard was one of only two roads west of I-15 that connected Blue Diamond Road with the developed areas to the north. The other road was Dean Martin Drive (formerly Industrial Road). Tropicana Avenue is a major east–west section line arterial in the Las Vegas area. The road is named after Tropicana Las Vegas which is located on Las Vegas Boulevard where it intersects with Tropicana Avenue. Part of it is signed as Nevada State Route 593 (SR 593). Route description SR 593 begins at Dean Martin Drive (formerly Industrial Road) in the unincorporated town of Paradise. From there, the highway travels east over Interstate 15 and crosses Las Vegas Boulevard (former SR 604) in the Las Vegas Strip. Sahara Avenue is a major east-west roadway in the Las Vegas Valley. The former State Route 589 (SR 589) comprised a large portion of the street. The roadway is named after the Sahara Hotel and Casino, which itself is named after the Sahara desert. The casino is located on Las Vegas Boulevard where the boulevard intersects with Sahara Avenue. Spring Valley is an unincorporated town and census-designated place in Clark County, Nevada, United States, located west of the Las Vegas Strip. The population was 215,597 at the 2020 census. Spring Valley was formed in May 1981. History In 1965, the Stardust International Raceway was built by the Stardust Resort and Casino. In 1969, the Stardust was sold to the Parvin-Dohrmann Corporation, which had little interest in the raceway and then leased it until 1970, when Pardee Homes purchased the land. Decatur Boulevard is a major north–south section line arterial in the Las Vegas metropolitan area located on the west side of the city. Route Decatur Boulevard is situated in the west of Las Vegas and runs for roughly 25 miles along a north–south axis. Interstate 15 (I-15) is an Interstate Highway in the U.S. state of Nevada that begins in Primm, continues through Las Vegas and it crosses the border with Arizona in Mesquite.
