The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is the public transport agency serving Cincinnati and its Ohio suburbs. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, SORTA operates fixed-route buses, bus rapid transit, microtransit, and paratransit services. Clermont Transportation Connection
Clermont Transportation Connection (CTC) is a public transportation agency serving Clermont County, Ohio, United States. It operates two fixed transit bus routes, the Dial-A-Ride demand responsive transport service, and paratransit service. The two fixed routes are express routes from suburban areas to Downtown Cincinnati. Three Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority bus routes (28, 29X, 82X) also extend into the county with funding from CTC. CTC was founded in 1977 as Clermont Area Rural Transit (CART). The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) is the public transit system serving the Northern Kentucky suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio, located in Kenton County, Boone County and Campbell County. TANK was founded in 1973 when the privately funded Greenline Bus Company ceased operation, and voters in the three counties elected to publicly fund the transit system. The Connector is a tram, streetcar system in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. The system opened to passengers on September 9, 2016. The Cincinnati Transit Company (or Cincinnati Transit, Inc., abbreviated CT) was the public transit operator in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, from 1952 to 1973. It began operation on December 30, 1952, and replaced the Cincinnati Street Railway. The CSR had ceased streetcar operations in 1951, so CT provided only bus transit in the city. Northside is a neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was originally known as Cumminsville, but changed names to "Northside" several decades ago after I-74 divided the neighborhood into Northside and South Cumminsville.
