SISTAR
Sistar (, often stylized as SISTAR) was a South Korean girl group formed in 2010 by Starship Entertainment. The group consisted of Hyolyn, Bora, Soyou and Dasom. They made their official debut with the song " Push Push" on 3 June 2010. Their debut studio album '' So Cool'' was released on 9 August 2011. Their second album, '' Give It to Me,'' was released on 11 June 2013. Their biggest hits include "So Cool", "Alone", "Touch My Body", "Loving U" and "Give It to Me". Kim Hyo-jung (; born December 11, 1990), better known by her stage name Hyolyn (효린), is a South Korean singer and songwriter, now under the management of her own self-started production company Bridʒ. She is a former member of the South Korean girl group Sistar and their sub-unit Sistar19. Life and career 1990–2009: Early life and career beginnings Kim Hyo-jung was born on December 11, 1990, in Incheon, South Korea. Her father is a retired Marine Corps officer. Born prematurely, Hyolyn's infancy was complicated by a serious form of biliary atresia, which led to several surgeries, intussuseption and the eventual loss of her gall bladder. Yoon Bo-ra (born December 30, 1989), better known by the mononym Bora, is a South Korean singer, rapper and actress. She is a former member of the South Korean girl group Sistar and its sub-group Sistar19. Early life and education Bora was born on December 30, 1989, in Seoul. The K-pop Hot 100 is a music singles chart in South Korea, launched by ''Billboard'' in conjunction with ''Billboard'' Korea () on August 25, 2011. It is the second Asian ''Billboard'' chart after the Japan Hot 100. Sistar19
Sistar19 () was the first and only official sub-group of South Korean girl group Sistar and was formed by Starship Entertainment in 2011. The sub-group is composed of Bora and Hyolyn. Their debut single "Ma Boy" was released in May 2011. Their second and most successful single "Gone Not Around Any Longer" was released in 2013, with an EP with the same title. "Ma Boy" is the first single by South Korean girl group Sistar's sub-unit ''SISTAR19''. It was released online as a digital single on May 3, 2011 through Starship Entertainment. ''Give It to Me'' is the second and final studio album by South Korean girl group Sistar. The album was released on June 11, 2013, by Starship Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment, with the song of the same title used as the promotional song. The album contains 11 songs. Kang Ji-hyun (born February 12, 1992), known professionally as Soyou, is a South Korean singer. She is best known as a former member of the South Korean girl group Sistar. Life and career 1992–2010: Early life and career beginnings Soyou was born on February 12, 1992, in Jeju Island, South Korea.
