Toivo Särkkä
Toivo Jalmari Särkkä (20 November 1890, Mikkeli – 9 February 1975, Helsinki), born Toivo Hjalmar Silén, was a Finnish film producer and director. He was CEO of the production company Suomen Filmiteollisuus. Before his career in filmmaking, Särkkä worked as a bank manager and chairman in Kotimainen Työ, an organization promoting Finnish work and products. After the death of Erkki Karu, founder and owner of Suomen Filmiteollisuus, Särkkä became the CEO thus producing 233 and directing 49 feature films. In 1965, when Finnish film industry was in difficulties due to the coming of television, Särkkä initiated bankruptcy of Suomen Filmiteollisuus. Films directed by Särkkä are e.g. ''Suomisen perhe'', ''Helmikuun manifesti'', ''Kulkurin valssi'' and ''Vaivaisukon morsian''. Särkkä married Russian-Lithuanian Margariitta Beljavsky in 1914. Tony Särkkä
Tony Särkkä (15 December 1972 – 8 February 2017), who went by the stage name It, was a Swedish multi-instrumentalist who has played in many black metal bands. He played guitar, drums and bass guitar as well as doing vocals. He was joined by Jim Berger in many projects. Särkkä's projects included Abruptum, Ophthalamia, Vondur, Incision, Brejn Dedd, War and 8th Sin. He also contributed guest vocals to Dissection's second album '' Storm of the Light's Bane'', and to Marduk's third album ''Opus Nocturne''. He was the founder of The True Satanist Horde in Sweden. Wilhelm Gustaf (Wille) Särkkä (26 February 1877 in Suomenniemi – 18 April 1968) was a Finnish farmer and politician. He was a member of the Parliament of Finland from 1917 to 1929 and again from 1930 to 1936, representing the Young Finnish Party from 1917 to 1918 and the National Progressive Party from 1918 on.
