"Symmetry" is a song by Australian singer Gabriella Cilmi. It was released as the second single from her third studio album ''The Sting'' on 11 November 2013 on digital download format. "Symmetry" was co-written by Tom Fuller. A music video was released on 17 September, it was directed by Tim Fox, who also directed Zico Chain's "New Romantic". Gabriella Lucia Cilmi ( ; ; born 10 October 1991) is an Australian pop singer. A contralto, Cilmi is known for her distinctive raspy singing voice. Her debut album, ''Lessons to Be Learned'', was released in March 2008, becoming a moderate international success. Cilmi won six ARIA Music Awards, including Single of the Year and Best Female Artist, in 2008. Her second studio album, '' Ten'', was released in March 2010. Her third studio album, ''The Sting'', was released in November 2013. Zico Chain is a Rock music, rock band from London, United Kingdom, formed in 2002. ''Ten'' is the second studio album by Australian-born singer-songwriter Gabriella Cilmi, released on 22 March 2010. The lead single, " On a Mission", appeared two weeks ahead of the album and marked Cilmi's foray into more 1980s inspired music. ''Ten'' is Cilmi's second and final album released under Island Records. The album peaked in the top 40 in Australia and the UK. PopJustice placed ''Ten'' at number 4 on their "Top 33 albums of 2010" list. The album was not released in the United States.
