Swindon Town F.C. Reserves And Academy
The Swindon Town reserve team previously played in the The Football Combination, Totesport.com Combination League. They also participate in the Wiltshire Premier Shield each season. The Swindon Town Development side play their home games at The County Ground, Swindon. In previous seasons the team has also played at Hunts Copse, the home of Swindon Supermarine. Under 18 squad Honours Swindon Town's Youth Team were FA Youth Cup finalists in 1964, where they were beaten over two legs by a Manchester United F.C. Academy, Manchester United side containing George Best. The team did not appear in the final stages of the competition again until 2004 where they lost 3–0 to Chesterfield F.C., Chesterfield in the Quarter-final. Managed by Paul Bodin, the Youth team reached the Quarter-finals of the FA Youth Cup again in 2007 before being knocked out of the competition by Newcastle United F.C., Newcastle. Northern Ireland Milk Cup
SuperCupNI, formerly called the Northern Ireland Youth Soccer Tournament and the Dale Farm Milk Cup, is an international youth football tournament held annually in Northern Ireland. The cup matches are mainly played in the North Coast area of Northern Ireland, with matches taking place in the towns of Portrush, Portstewart, Castlerock, Limavady, Coleraine, Ballymoney, Ballymena and Broughshane. Lukas Isaac Paul Jutkiewicz (born 28 March 1989) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for club Birmingham City. He previously played for Swindon Town, Everton, Plymouth Argyle, Huddersfield Town, Motherwell, Coventry City, Middlesbrough, Bolton Wanderers and Burnley. Leigh Mills (born 8 February 1988) is an English former professional footballer who was signed to Tottenham Hotspur between 2004 and 2009. Career Tottenham Hotspur Mills started his career as a youth team player at Swindon Town but was signed by Tottenham Hotspur as a 16-year-old in 2004 before he had made a league appearance for the Robins. Mills joined Brentford in a season-long loan deal on 17 June 2008. On 8 August he was recalled by Tottenham and joined Gillingham on loan, subsequently extended from one month to five. Paul Bodin
Paul John Bodin (born 13 September 1964) is a Welsh former professional footballer and coach who is now the coach of the Wales under-21 team. His son, Billy Bodin, is also a professional footballer. A former Chelsea youth team graduate, he moved to Cardiff City via Newport County in 1982. He helped Cardiff to win promotion out of the Third Division in 1982–83. He returned to non-League football with Merthyr Tydfil and Bath City in 1985, before rejoining Newport for a £15,000 fee in January 1988. Two months later he was sold on to Swindon Town for twice this sum, and became the club's first choice left-back, helping them to win the 1990 Second Division play-off final and winning himself a place on the PFA Team of the Year in 1990–91. The County Ground (currently known as the Energy Check County Ground for sponsorship purposes) is a stadium located near the town centre of Swindon, Wiltshire, England, and has been home to Swindon Town Football Club since 1896. The current capacity of 15,728, all-seated, has been at that level since the mid-1990s. A record attendance of 32,000 was set on 15 January 1972, against Arsenal in the third round of the FA Cup.
