The is an indoor swimming pool in the Mori- Beach Park () in Tatsumi in the Kōtō ward in eastern Tokyo. Construction began in April 2017 and was completed in 2020. The swimming hall was built for the 2020 Summer Olympics and can accommodate up to 12,000 spectators. The arena will also be used for swimming competitions at the 2020 Summer Paralympics. Alexander "Alec" Robert Elliot (born July 5, 1996) is a Canadian competitive Paralympic swimmer. Early life Elliot began swimming at the age of seven years old with the Region of Waterloo Swim Club. After swimming for a year, he took three years off and pursued his interest in minor soccer. At the age of 12, he decided to return to competitive swimming. Elliot was born with a congenital hand and foot impairment, called Syndactyly, which qualified him for a Para-swimming classification of S10, SB9 and SM10 disability classifications from the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). With this international classification, obtained in 2014, he could compete for the Canadian National Para-Swim Team. David Julián Levecq Vives (born 15 August 1984 in Béziers, France) is a swimmer from Spain. Personal Levecq was born 15 August 1984 in Béziers, France. He has a mild physical disability. In 2012, he lived in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona. Swimming Levecq is an S10 classification swimmer. He is affiliated with the Spanish Federation of Sports for the Physically Disabled (FEDDF).
