Brajčino ( mk, Брајчино, ) is a village in the Resen Municipality of North Macedonia, situated from Lake Prespa, on Baba Mountain in Pelister National Park. The village is also located near the border with Greece. Brajčino's nature and old architecture draws both domestic and foreign tourists. History Brajčino has two known archaeological sites, both dating from the Middle Ages. One of the sites, called St Athanasius, was a church and contained a graveyard. The other, known as Kula, consists of remains of a fortress. In 1873, the village, called ''Raitchino'' at the time, was recorded as having 34 households and 92 male acedonianresidents. The Chapel of Saint Petka (Serbian: Капела Свете Петке) in Belgrade is a chapel, erected over a sacred spring, and dedicated to Saint Petka. It is located at a way connecting the upper and the lower city of the Belgrade Fortress, in proximity of the Ružica Church, with the spring being in the very altar of the chapel. The present-day chapel was built in 1937 after a project of the architect Momir Korunović. Its inner walls and vaults are covered by mosaics done by painter Đuro Radulović in 1980–1983. History A chapel of Saint Petka in Belgrade was built in 1417 by an unknown dignitary when her relics were translated to Belgrade at the request of Princess Milica of Serbia to the sultan. The exact location of this chapel is not known, nor whether was it erected near the sacred spring. The Church of St Petka of the Saddlers ( bg, Църква „Света Петка Самарджийска“) is a medieval Bulgarian Orthodox church in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. It is a small one-naved building partially dug into the ground located in the very centre of both the modern and the antique city, in the TZUM underpass. The church features a semi-cylindrical vault, a hemispherical apse, and a crypt discovered during excavations after the Second World War. The walls are 1 m thick and made from brick and stone. The church was first mentioned in the 16th century and was constructed at the place of a former Roman religious building. It is today a monument of culture known for its mural paintings from the 14th, 15th, 17th and 19th century depicting biblical scenes.
