Strömsö
''Strömsö'' is a Finland, Finnish television program (in Swedish language, Swedish) which premiered in 2002 on Yle Fem, FST and Yle TV1, TV1, hosted by Matias Jungar and Susanna Ström-Wilkinson. The show concentrates on various household subjects, such as cooking and gardening. Its fifth season started on January 29, 2006. Since the beginning of 2007 the show is hosted by Lee Esselström and Jocke Lax. The show is made at Strömsö (from which the show gets its name), a villa north of the city of Vaasa. The villa was built in the 1860s and served as the summer residence for a merchant family from Vaasa for about 100 years. Michael Björklund
Michael Björklund, (born 15 May 1975 in Saltvik) is an Åland-born Finnish chef, author and television personality. Björklund owns and runs the restaurang Smakbyn besides the Kastelholms Castle in Sund. He is also part-owner of Restaurant Hejm in Vaasa. Björklund was the winner of Robinson 2020 which was broadcast on TV4. He won the prize of 500,000 (SEK) after 42 days in an island in Fiji. He has previously appeared in Swedish TV along with Rickard Sjöberg on the show Skärgårdstugg on TV4. He also appeared in the Finnish-Swedish cooking show Strömsö. And in 2014, Björklund as a professional chef was a contestant on Kockarnas kamp. Björklund has won the title of Chef of the Year in Finland in 1997, in Sweden 2000, he also placed fifth in the cooking competition Bocuse d'Or The Bocuse d'Or (the ''Concours mondial de la cuisine'', World Cooking Contest) is a biennial world chef championship. Yle Fem
Yle Fem (''Yle Five'') was Yle's Finland-Swedish national television channel, providing television programmes in the Swedish language in Finland. It was a public-service channel principally intended for Finland's Swedish-speaking minority. Creating understanding over the language and culture border was also one of the channel's recognized objectives. History Yle Fem was launched in 1988 as a late-evening programming block called FST (Finlands Svenska Television, literally ''"Finland's Swedish Television"'') which was broadcast on Monday nights on Yle TV2 and on Tuesday nights on Yle TV1, after the conclusion of MTV3's Kymmenen Uutiset (10pm evening news) on either channel. Lifestyle is the interests, opinions, behaviours, and behavioural orientations of an individual, group, or culture. Finland Swedish or Fenno-Swedish ( sv, finlandssvenska; fi, suomenruotsi) is a general term for the variety of the Swedish language and a closely related group of Swedish dialects spoken in Finland by the Swedish-speaking population, commonly also referred to as Finland Swedes, as their first language.
