Stephen Wong (politician)
Stephen Wong Yuen-shan (; born 22 December 1975) is a Hong Kong policy researcher and politician who is the senior vice president of the Our Hong Kong Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded by the former Hong Kong chief executive Tung Chee-hwa, and also the executive director of the foundation's public policy institute. In 2021, he was elected as a member of the Legislative Council for the 1,448-strong Election Committee constituency which was newly created under the electoral overhaul imposed by Beijing. John Lee Ka-chiu ( zh, t=李家超; born 7 December 1957) is a Hong Kong politician and former police officer who is the 5th and current Chief Executive of Hong Kong. Originally a police officer, Lee served as the Deputy Commissioner of the Hong Kong Police Force from 2010 to 2012. He was appointed Under Secretary of Security by Leung Chun-ying in 2012. After Carrie Lam became Chief Executive in 2017, he was promoted to Secretary for Security. Tung Chee-hwa (; born 7 July 1937) is a Hong Kong businessman and politician who served as the first Chief Executive of Hong Kong between 1997 and 2005, upon the transfer of sovereignty on 1 July. He is currently a vice-chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Born as the eldest son of Chinese shipping magnate Tung Chao Yung, who founded Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), Tung took over the family business after his father's death in 1981.
