Stephen Capen
Stephen Harold Capen (February 28, 1946 - September 12, 2005) was an American Radio announcer and disc jockey whose humor found favor with audiences in several major cities but particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area. In the mid-1960s, he began his radio career in Caribou, Maine. WDRC-FM (102.9 FM) is a radio station with a classic rock format licensed to Hartford, Connecticut. The station began broadcasting in 1959 and was the first commercial FM station in the Hartford radio market. WFST (600 AM) is a radio station in Caribou, Maine. It is owned by Northern Broadcast Ministries. WFST airs a Christian talk and teaching radio format with some Christian music programs.
