Stepan Kevorkov
Stepan Agabekovich Kevorkov ( hy, Ստեփան Աղաբեկի Կևորկով) was a Soviet and Armenian actor and film director. People's Artist of the USSR (1970). Biography Kevorkov studied at the State Film College in Moscow, graduating in 1930. Nomenclature and significance The term is confusingly used to translate two Russian language titles: Народный артист СССР (fem. Народная артистка СССР), awarded in performing arts and Народный художник СССР, granted in some visual arts.
