"Star Comes to Earth" is the first segment of the first episode of the animated television series '' Star vs. the Forces of Evil''. The episode was directed and written by Mike Mullen, with the story by Dave Wasson, Jordana Arkin, and series creator Daron Nefcy. The episode premiered as a preview on Disney Channel on January 18, 2015. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi.
