Stadium MRT Station
Stadium MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle Line (CCL). Located in the area of Kallang, Central Region, Singapore, the station serves the Singapore Sports Hub and its facilities including the National Stadium, Indoor Stadium, Kallang Theatre and Leisure Park Kallang. It is operated by SMRT Trains. Announced to be part of the Marina MRT line branch to either Kallang or Paya Lebar, construction of the station started in 2001. The line was later incorporated in the CCL as Stage 1 and the station opened on 17 April 2010 when Stages 1 and 2 of the CCL commenced operations. The design of the station by WOHA was commissioned through the Marina line Architectural Design Competition and was awarded the "Design Of The Year" of the President's Design Award in 2010. ''Dance'' (''La Danse'') is a painting made by Henri Matisse in 1910, at the request of Russian businessman and art collector Sergei Shchukin, who bequeathed the large decorative panel to the Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Patrick Bingham-Hall is an architectural photographer. He is also an architectural writer and editor, and owns Pesaro Publishing, which publishes books on architecture and design. Education He was born on 15 July 1958 in Aden in Yemen, where his father (Group Captain T. L. Bingham-Hall) was in command of the Royal Air Force base, and spent his early years in London before emigrating to Australia in 1963. He was educated at Sydney Church of England Grammar School (Shore) and studied philosophy at Macquarie University for one year, before taking up photography at Sydney College of the Arts. Bras Basah MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle line (CCL) located in the Museum planning area, Singapore. It is underneath Bras Basah Road, bordering Waterloo Street and Queen Street. Marina Bay MRT Station
Marina Bay MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the North South (NSL), Circle (CCL) and Thomson–East Coast (TEL) lines in Singapore.
