St Columb's Court Football Club was a association football, football club from Derry, Northern Ireland. History The club was formed in 1886, its first match being a defeat to a Limavady F.C., Limavady reserve XI, and it was a founder member of the County Derry Football Association and joined the Irish Football Association in 1888. It was associated with the Loyalist community. Court played in the Northern Ireland Football League, Irish League for one season in 1901-02 Irish League, 1901–02, when they finished bottom, and reached the semi-finals of the Irish Cup on three occasions. The club continued at a junior level until the 1958–59 season, but by June 1960 it was defunct. Colours The team wore red shirts. Ground The club's original ground was at Lone Moor Road. It played at Celtic Park (Derry), Celtic Park (now the Derry GAA stadium) from 1894 to 1900, and at the Brandywell (now Derry City F.C., Derry City's stadium), on which it erected a pavilion. from 1900. ...

The Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium ( ga, Tobar an Fhíoruisce ) is a municipal football stadium with an adjoining greyhound racing track in Derry, Northern Ireland. It is the home ground of League of Ireland team Derry City F.C. and (temporarily) NIFL Premiership team Institute The football team play on Friday evenings usually at 7.45pm; the greyhound racing takes place on Monday evenings and occasionally on Thursday evenings. Until September 2018, the stadium was known as the Brandywell Stadium before it was renamed to honour Ryan McBride. Football Location, features and history The stadium is situated on the Lone Moor Road just south-west of the Bogside in the Brandywell area and shares the road with another sports-ground, Celtic Park, the headquarters of the Derry GAA. The ground, which is within walking distance of the city centre, is more commonly referred to as simply, the 'Brandywell', and is the home of Derry City FC.
